Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and notifying Votyng of unauthorised account use. Additional age and parental-consent rules may apply to younger users.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription prices, duration, renewal dates, carrier availability and cancellation instructions must be shown before purchase. Recurring airtime billing may only begin after the necessary user authorisation and VAS/provider setup. Users will be given a clear cancellation route.
Content and streaming
Content is available only where Votyng has the relevant rights and the user has the required subscription or permission. Users may not redistribute protected content or circumvent access controls.
Voting and competitions
Each event will publish its eligibility rules, voting dates, limits and winner-selection criteria. Attempts to manipulate voting, impersonate others or interfere with results may lead to review or restrictions. Results and administrative corrections should be auditable.
Community conduct
Harassment, unlawful content, impersonation and abuse are prohibited. Votyng may moderate content and take proportionate action under published rules.
